Four Seasons Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru offers 102 thatched beach and water villas on a luxuriant beach edged coral island set in luxurious seclusion and natural beauty. It is a scenic sea-plane ride from Malé airport to this delightful tropical setting which has its own Spa and Ayurvedic Retreat, a resort in itself. This provides a comprehensive approach to physical, spiritual and mental well-being, placing special emphasis on yoga and ayurveda. Secluded open-air treatment areas make the lush tropical setting an integral part of the relaxation and treatment process.

Dining

Blu restaurant is located at the western end of the island with delightful views over the ocean. It serves à la carte breakfast, light antipasti, pizza and pasta at lunch and fine Italian cuisine in the evening.

Al Barakat restaurant serves authentic Arabian cuisine. The restaurant is built over water, off the main jetty. A Shisha Bar is located on the ground level. The main dining area on the rooftop features comfortable low seating. Specialties include Lebanese mezze, grill items and North African specialties. Shisha Bar serves Arabian coffee and features authentic Shisha water pipes.

Café Landaa, overlooking the swimming pool and beach, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with eastern and western influences. Specialties include curries and in the evening, sushi and teppanyaki are served at dedicated counters in a dramatic water garden adjacent to the restaurant.

Barbecue Giraavaru is located next to the seawater pool and offers fresh catch of the day as well as a wide selection of meats, salads and side dishes. Opens for dinner only; seats 32 outdoors.

The spa complex is located in the heart of the island and stretching down to sea, the spa complex occupies an elevated 1-hectare (2.5-acre) site, with 10 individual thatched treatment pavilions – four over water, three in a lush garden setting and three in the Ayurvedic Retreat. Set over crystal waters, each water pavilion has an attached steam room and deep bath that overlooks the ocean, while each garden treatment villa has a steam room and outdoor shower. Guests aged 16 and above are welcome to enjoy our spa treatments. Numerous pathways throughout the beautiful surrounding gardens allow for leisurely walks. The spa also incorporates a beauty salon, juice bar, beachfront resting pavilion and retail area.
