This all inclusive adults only holiday is a truly unique experience. Having won "Best Spa in the Caribbean" award many times the Body Holiday offer a whole programme of treatments and facilities that go far beyond the average hotel Spa. They offer a combination of adventure and pampering with all the fun a luxury beach resort has to offer.

Luxury rooms have a four-poster, draped king size bed or two twin beds, mini fridge, marble floors, rattan chairs and writing desk. Soft furnishings are in pastel colours. Bathrooms have marble vanity with double sinks. French doors open out onto a private balcony and are located on an elevated three/four storey building with a garden view. All rooms are air conditioned, with direct dial telephone, voice mail facility and data ports, clock radio, in-room safe, 220 volt outlets, hair dryer and razor points. NO TV sets though. Direct dial telephones and internet café can keep you in touch with the outside world as much or as little as you prefer.

The resorts Body Guides can provide you with all the tools you need to keep your body at its peak. During your stay, you have the option to consult with one of the Body Guides to do an analysis of your health and fitness profile.
