Overlooking the Arabian Gulf, it is situated on 1 km of private coastline nestled in 60 acres of landscaped gardens. Divided into 3 separate environments : Residence & Spa, The Palace and Arabian Court it is a place of intricate arches, domes and towers separated by courtyards, lawns and immaculate flowerbeds.

The Residence and Spa is an intimate sanctuary with its own private dining room and library for guests.

There are 32 Prestige rooms offering wonderful views of the scented gardens, the private pool deck with its ornate ‘Gazebo’ tents and the Arabian Gulf beyond. All rooms are sea-facing and luxuriously appointed and equipment with all the facilities of a luxury hotel.
